This is the new Level 5.9 axle/hub set similar to DSS Level 5 system but with a major upgrade, the inner cv. DSS has created a Pro-Level Race worthy system that works with the standard spline size on the differential end, you can now use the DSS system with Quaife and other aftermarket limited slip diffs and spools. DSS made a new ball & cage inner cv from high quality chromoly. This inner cv now has 6 contact points and is stronger than a Porsche 930 (108mm) cv (same cv used by many high dollar systems). This along with the 33 spline outer and 36 spline bars makes it the strongest set of axles to date. The Kit comes with both axles and a set of custom hubs that will fit the stock bearing sizes. The kits also come with long ARP studs. This system is designed for 1000WHP and tire size will not affect its strength. Level 3.9 Axle/Hub system 600HP for the Acura Integra platform (1 year warranty) This axle/hub system is made and designed for the real fast street car or drag car with up to 600HP. This was the older level 5 (2004 and older) system and we have brought it out of retirement due to the fact a 600hp street car is now a normal thing. This has been one of the best know systems for a Honda platform to date and is still a staple in most tuner shops around the world. The kit comes with both axles made from 300M with billet inner housings. The outer c.v. is 20% larger than a factory one and is made from a Proprietary material that is brutally strong. The kit comes with a custom hub that is an exact replica of the factory one it just has the larger spline inside.

This is the DSS's new RSX level 0 axles, designed to be a stock replacement axle they have a 1117 billet inner housing. 1117 Billet outer c.v. with a single arc cage design (a lasting advantage over stock)the center bar is 4130 chrome molly and is an excellent alternative to stock replacements.The axle is superior over a stock and axle and is stronger than most mount company's axles, its just not what we consider a racing axle. sorry no warranty against breakage. DSS Level 2.9 axles are now available for the RSX Type-S. These axles are for the extreme street/track machine and since the Type-S has the larger 28 spline outer cv, these axles are designed to handle 500HP forced induction or all-motor (yes that's right) at the wheels. These axles are the result of extreme track testing. The inner and center bar is borrowed from DSS track tested Level 3 system, using a new proprietary material and our solid torsional center bars, chromoly spline plug and high grade inner housings with oversized tripod. What makes this stand apart from the rest is the new outer cv made from high grade chromoly that has one of the wildest heat treats known to man. During destructive testing it broke a 300m bar!!!
