We start out with the best intercooler core you can buy, Garrett.

The setup uses custom fabbed intercooler end tanks for both air and water passages. We use Vibrant's new VanJen clamping system for both the inlet and outlet and the complete clamping kits are included (clamp and weld ferrule for ic piping).

Water flow is everything with a water cooled intercooler. For that reason we use -20 AN fittings on the water tanks. The more water you move through the core, the more effective it is. We recommend a pump with a minimum of 50gpm.

We've proven this intercooler on our race car and logged pressure drops of only .5psi at 975whp.
