ID1300-XDS, for 04+ Gallardo / V10 applications. 14mm (grey) adapter top. Set of 10.
The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.
While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup. The 1300 has continued to be refined and improved over the years, and the 1300-XDS is the latest and best version to date.
Base Specifications
The ID1300-XDS (1335 cc/min at 43.5 psi) set of 10 injectors provides exceptional flow for high-output V10 applications. It supports twin-turbo E85 setups well into the 1200 to 1500 wheel horsepower range, offering necessary fuel margin for aggressive forced induction builds.
Yes, it is a direct fit. This ID1300-XDS set is configured to the specific short-body 48mm O-ring to O-ring length required for the Gallardo V10 intake manifold. It uses the necessary 14mm O-rings and adapters for correct seating and sealing.
Yes, adapters are required. The ID1300-XDS uses the modern USCAR connector. The factory Gallardo V10 harness uses an older connector style (often EV1). You will need ten USCAR to EV1 PNP adapters (ID P/N 90.1) for a clean, non-splicing electrical hookup.
Injector Dynamics provides comprehensive and validated characterization data, including Dead Time (Latency) and Flow vs. Pressure tables (based on ID1300x2). This data is essential for tuners using sophisticated standalone ECUs (like MoTeC or Syvecs) to achieve precise fuel control and cylinder-to-cylinder balance across the massive V10 engine.
No, if tuned with ID data. The large flow rate is offset by the injector's exceptional low-pulse fidelity (Dual Slope Matching). This design ensures consistent fuel delivery at the minute pulse widths required at idle, preventing the injector from becoming unpredictable and causing the rough idle characteristic.
The all stainless steel internals provide maximum corrosion resistance and durability. This is critical for preventing internal wear and injector failure, especially in high-end, high-heat applications where aggressive fuels like E85 are used.
