Yes, this specific ID1750-XDS set (Part No. 1750.48.14.14.4) features the short body length required for a direct, drop-in fit. It will seat properly in the factory or common aftermarket fuel rails for the 2.4L Caliber SRT-4 engine.
Superior atomization creates a finer fuel mist, which leads to more efficient and complete combustion. This results in better power delivery and, surprisingly, can help maintain or even slightly improve part-throttle fuel economy compared to less-precise high-flow injectors.
A significant fuel system upgrade is mandatory. The stock high-pressure pump will not be able to keep up with the volume demand of the 1750cc injectors, especially when using E85, leading to dangerous fuel pressure drops.
