993/996/997.1 (non turbo) | ID1300-XDS | Injector Dynamics | 1300.60.14.14.6

ID1300-XDS, for 993/996/997.1 (non turbo). 14mm (purple) adapters. Set of 6.

The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.

While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup. The 1300 has continued to be refined and improved over the years, and the 1300-XDS is the latest and best version to date.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Xona 9569S Turbo

What estimated horsepower will the ID1300-XDS support on a supercharged Porsche 996 Carrera (M96) converting to E85?

The ID1300-XDS (1335 cc/min at 43.5 psi) is sized aggressively for forced induction on the non-turbo Porsche M97 engines. This 6-injector set can typically support 650 to 750 wheel horsepower (whp) on E85, making it the ideal choice for supercharger or turbo conversion kits targeting high-boost, flex-fuel performance.

Does the {60mm} length of the ID1300-XDS (PN: 1300.60.14.14.6) drop directly into the Porsche 996/997.1 factory fuel rail without spacers?

Yes, it is a direct fit. This ID1300-XDS set is configured with the necessary 60mm O-ring to O-ring lengt and 14mm O-ring size to install directly into the OEM 996 and 997.1 fuel rails and manifold ports (on non-turbo models), requiring no modifications or spacers for mechanical installation.

Will I need separate Plug-and-Play (PNP) harness adapters to connect the USCAR ID1300-XDS injectors to my 996/997.1 factory wiring?

Yes, adapters are required. The ID1300-XDS uses the universal USCAR (EV6/EV14) electrical connector. The older Porsche M96/M97 engines typically use the square EV1 (Minitimer) connector. This kit is sold with the necessary USCAR to EV1 PNP adapters (ID P/N 90.1) to ensure a quick and clean electrical installation.

Will the high flow rate of 1335 cc/min compromise the smooth idle quality of my naturally aspirated Porsche M96 engine on pump gas?

No. A key advantage of Injector Dynamics is the precision achieved at low pulse widths. The ID1300-XDS features advanced Dual Slope Matching to deliver a stable minimum fuel mass, ensuring exceptional, OEM-like idle and cruise stability on both pump gasoline and E85, despite its high flow capacity.

Which specific tuning software (Cobb, EcuTek, etc.) for the Porsche 996 and 997.1 is best supported with Injector Dynamics data?

Injector Dynamics supplies verified characterization data specifically to major tuning platforms like Cobb Accessport and EcuTek. Your professional Porsche tuner will use this exact data to correctly scale the injectors in your M97 DME (ECU), which is essential for accurate air/fuel ratio control across the entire performance range.
