Purchase time with Tony for calibration adjustments, troubleshooting, datalog review, or remote track support after your initial T1 tune — select the type of support you need below, choose a quantity, and check out.

Billed in 15-minute increments. Choose the service type and quantity that fits your situation — this purchase starts the process; any additional time is billed separately through the shop.

Not sure how much time to buy? Most datalog reviews and quick questions fit in 15–30 minutes. If you’re not sure, start with 30 minutes — we’ll let you know if more time is needed before continuing.

How It Works

• Select General Support, Track Support, or After-Hours Track Support from the dropdown.
• Choose the quantity of 15-minute increments — add more if you’re not sure how long you’ll need.
• Complete your purchase to start the process.
• Once purchased, reply to your confirmation email (or the thread you’ve been messaging on) and we’ll get started.

If a job runs longer than the time purchased, we’ll follow up with a link for the additional time before continuing.

Who This Is For

This service is for vehicles that were tuned by T1, either remotely or in-house. T1 does not offer post-tune support for vehicles that were not tuned by T1.

What’s Included With Your Original Tune

Your initial tuning fee covers dyno tuning, street adjustments, and the datalog reviews that go with that work, plus one post-tune track outing of datalog reviews at no extra charge. Once the vehicle is dialed in and no further adjustments are needed, the initial tuning job is considered complete — anything after that falls under this support service.

General Support

Covers datalog review, calibration adjustments, troubleshooting, and related consulting after your tune is complete.

• A typical datalog review takes about 15 minutes and includes an email with detailed findings.
• If more time is needed, cost is based on the additional time spent — T1 can’t estimate this until the datalog has been reviewed, since complexity varies case to case.
• If T1 determines the issue is directly related to the original calibration, there’s no charge for the correction.
• If hardware changes made after the tune affect the calibration, the resulting adjustments are billed at the General Support rate.

Remote Track Support

For live support during a track day: email a datalog after each pass, T1 reviews it, and any calibration adjustments are uploaded remotely via TeamViewer.

• Business hours: $250/hr, 1-hour minimum.
• Outside business hours: $350/hr, 1-hour minimum, subject to availability.

Support at Events

At events T1 is attending, guaranteed tuning support is reserved for T1-built cars — at larger events, Tony is often the only tuner supporting many customer vehicles. If you’re planning to run an event like TX2K or GTR Festival and want tuning support, reach out ahead of time so we can confirm availability. This does not cover general tech support, which is available separately.

In-House Builds

Vehicles built in-house by T1 are not subject to diagnostic and troubleshooting charges for datalog reviews, but track support (remote or at an event) is still billed at the standard rates above.
