ID1300-XDS, for 90-96 300ZX TT. 14mm (purple) adapter tops. Set of 6. *Requires top feed conversion*
The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.
While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup. The 1300 has continued to be refined and improved over the years, and the 1300-XDS is the latest and best version to date.
Base Specifications
No. This specific kit is intended for 90-96 300ZX TT vehicles that have been upgraded with an aftermarket top-feed fuel rail kit. The 14mm top o-ring is larger than the factory 11mm fuel rail bore and will not fit without this modification.
To properly install this injector set, your vehicle must be equipped with an aftermarket top-feed fuel rail conversion system designed to accept common 14mm injectors. This is a necessary upgrade for installation.
This 14mm injector is the standard for high-performance aftermarket fuel systems. Builders choose this version when they upgrade their entire fuel system with higher-flowing aftermarket fuel rails, which are typically designed for the 14mm o-ring size to maximize fuel delivery for very high horsepower builds.
On the 6-cylinder VG30DETT engine, the ID1300-XDS injectors can reliably support approximately 575 wheel-horsepower on E85, or up to 750 wheel-horsepower on conventional gasoline, provided the rest of the fuel system (pump, lines, regulator) is upgraded to match.
Yes, absolutely. The Injector Dynamics -XDS series features all stainless steel internals, making them fully compatible and corrosion-resistant with ethanol (E85), methanol, and all common types of race gas.
