The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.
While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup. The 1300 has continued to be refined and improved over the years, and the 1300-XDS is the latest and best version to date.
Base Specifications
The ID1300-XDS has a nominal flow rate of 1335 cc/min (127 lb/hr) at 43.5 psi. This set of 8 injectors is designed for aggressive boosted Hemi V8s and supports forced induction E85 setups well into the 900 to 1050+ wheel horsepower range.
This injector is the 48mm short-body length (O-ring to O-ring), which is the factory height for the 6.1L Hemi engine. It uses 14mm O-rings for a direct drop-in installation into the stock fuel rail without needing spacers.
Yes, it is plug-and-play. The factory 300C SRT-8 harness uses the modern USCAR (EV6/EV14) connector, which perfectly matches the connector on the ID1300-XDS. No adapters are required for the electrical connection.
Injector Dynamics provides validated characterization data, including Dead Time (Latency) and Flow vs. Pressure tables. This data is crucial for the Hemi PCM to accurately scale the tune, which is necessary for stable idle and reliable performance under boost.
The injector's superior Dual Slope Matching technology guarantees highly linear flow even at the minimal pulse widths required at idle. This precision eliminates the erratic flow and rich conditions common with less accurate injectors, resulting in OEM-like drivability.
