ID1300, for Ski-Doo E-Tec Snowmobile 09-12. 14mm (grey) adapter tops. Set of 3.
The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.
While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup.
Base Specifications
The ID1300-XDS (1335 cc/min at 43.5 psi) set of 3 injectors is designed for extreme power on snowmobiles. It supports forced induction E85 setups well into the 400 to 600+ horsepower range (Gasoline rating: 680 HP), offering maximum fuel margin for turbo or big-bore 4-TEC race builds.
Yes, it is a direct fit. This ID1300-XDS set is configured to the specific short-body 48mm O-ring to O-ring length required for the Ski-Doo 4-TEC engine. It uses 14mm O-rings and adapters for correct seating and sealing.
This set is sold as a quantity of 3 because the Ski-Doo 1200 4-TEC engine (a Rotax engine often found in snowmobiles and ATVs) is a 3-cylinder engine.
Yes, adapters are required. The ID1300-XDS uses the modern USCAR connector. The factory Ski-Doo/Rotax harness typically uses an older style connector (often EV1 or Denso). You will need three USCAR to EV1 PNP adapters (ID P/N 90.1) or another compatible adapter for a clean, non-splicing electrical hookup.
The injector's superior Dual Slope Matching provides extremely precise low-pulse control, which is essential for cold starting. While cold-weather starting can also depend on battery health and primer/choke settings, the ID data eliminates the injector as a variable, ensuring the fuel pulse is accurate even when the ECU commands short pulses.
