ID2600-XDS, for 650S, direct replacement, no adapters, 14mm lower o-ring, set of 8.
The ID2600-XDS is the most recent offering from the partnership of Injector Dynamics and Bosch Motorsport.
The ID2600-XDS was developed specifically for use with liquid fuels, featuring corrosion resistant internals, and long term compatibility with ethanol and methanol.
The ID2600-XDS has the highest flow rate of any injector offered by Bosch, and flows 50% more than the ID1700x.
The ID2600-XDS benefits from Dual Slope Matching, a method of matching the flow rate in both the linear, and nonlinear operating range, providing better cylinder to cylinder consistency at low pulse widths.
Basic Specifications
Nominal Flow Rate – 2600cc/min @ 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi)
Maximum Differential Fuel Pressure – 9.0 Bar (130.5 psi) – Requires Minimum 11volt.
Fuel Compatibility – Compatible with Methanol/Ethanol/All Known Hydrocarbons. NOT Compatible with Ethers (MTBE, ETBE, TAME) or Nitro Methane
Electrical Connector – USCAR
The nominal flow rate is 2650 cc/min (252 lb/hr) at 43.5 psi. This ultra-high-flow injector supports E85 setups for McLaren 650S engines, capable of handling approximately 1200–1500+ WHP, making it ideal for extreme high-performance or track-focused builds.
This injector features a 34mm short-body length (O-ring to O-ring) with a 14mm lower O-ring and standard upper O-ring. It is a direct-fit solution for the 650S when used with the factory fuel rail and proper Injector Dynamics tuning adapters.
The injector uses the USCAR (EV6/EV14) connector. A USCAR to McLaren Plug-and-Play (PNP) adapter from Injector Dynamics (or a custom harness) is typically required to integrate with the 650S fuel system.
Injector Dynamics provides validated Dead Time (Latency) tables across various battery voltages and Flow vs. Pressure charts. This data is essential for the ECU to accurately fuel the 650S engine and maintain precise air-fuel ratios at all operating conditions.
The injector utilizes Dual Slope Matching technology, ensuring linearity and precise fuel metering at minimal pulse widths. This guarantees smooth idle, stable low-load operation, and eliminates erratic flow conditions common with generic high-flow injectors.
