ID1300-XDS, for GM LT1, 14mm (purple) adapters, set of 8
The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.
While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup. The 1300 has continued to be refined and improved over the years, and the 1300-XDS is the latest and best version to date.
Base Specifications
The ID1300-XDS (1335 cc/min}43.5 psi) is a very high-flow injector for the LT1 engine. This set of 8 can support boosted E85 setups ranging from 850 to 950+ wheel horsepower (whp), providing substantial headroom for most built street/strip applications.
Yes, it is a direct fit. This ID1300-XDS set is configured to match the factory 60mm O-ring to O-ring length and 14mm O-ring diameter for the GM LT1 engine. It installs directly into the original fuel rail and manifold bosses without requiring spacers.
Adapters are required but are typically sold separately or as a purchase option. The ID1300-XDS uses the USCAR (EV6/EV14) connector, while the LT1 factory harness uses the older EV1 connector. You will need eight USCAR to EV1 PNP adapters (ID P/N 90.1) for a non-splicing electrical hookup.
Injector Dynamics provides validated Dead Time Latency) data and Flow vs. Pressure tables (based on ID1300x) specifically for GM tuning platforms. This accurate data is critical for scaling the high-flow injectors in the LT1 PCM to ensure smooth idle and consistent fuel trims.
No, not with proper tuning. The ID1300-XDS is precisely flow-matched across the pulse width range. This ensures that the minimal fuel mass required at idle (at the LT1's factory 43.5 psi or 3 Bar pressure) is delivered consistently, guaranteeing OEM-like drivability even on pump gasoline.
