ID1300-XDS, for GM LS1/LS6, 14mm (purple) adapters, set of 8
The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.
While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup. The 1300 has continued to be refined and improved over the years, and the 1300-XDS is the latest and best version to date.
Base Specifications
The ID1300-XDS (1335 cc/min at 43.5 psi) is designed for extreme performance. This set of 8 supports forced induction E85 setups well into the 900 to 1050+ wheel horsepower range, providing maximum safety and flow margin for built LS1/LS6 engines.
Yes, it is a direct fit. This ID1300-XDS set is configured to the standard 60mm O-ring to O-ring length required for the LS1/LS6 fuel rails. It installs directly into the factory intake manifold bosses without requiring spacers.
Yes, adapters are required. The ID1300-XDS uses the modern USCAR (EV6/EV14) connector. The factory LS1/LS6 harness (in 1997-2004 applications) uses the older rectangular EV1 (Minitimer) connector. You will need eight USCAR to EV1 PNP adapters (ID P/N 90.1) for a clean, non-splicing electrical hookup.
Injector Dynamics provides validated characterization data, including Dead Time (Latency) and Flow vs. Pressure tables (based on ID1300x2). This data is crucial for the LS1 PCM to precisely calculate the injector pulse width, which is the key to achieving stable idle and accurate cruise AFR with these high-flow injectors.
Yes. The ID1300-XDS is designed for high-pressure stability and is typically tested and characterized for optimal use around the LS1's factory fuel pressure of 58 psi. This results in a higher effective flow rate (approx. 1562 cc/min at 58 psi) and ensures reliable operation under all loads.
