Nissan Patrol | ID1300-XDS | Injector Dynamics | 1300.48.14.14.6

ID1300-XDS, for Nissan Patrol. 14mm (grey) adapter top. Set of 6.

The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.

While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup. The 1300 has continued to be refined and improved over the years, and the 1300-XDS is the latest and best version to date.

Frequently Asked Questions About the ID1300-XDS Nissan Patrol Injectors

What maximum E85 horsepower will the ID1300-XDS set support on a turbo Nissan Patrol TB48DE I6 engine?

The ID1300-XDS (1335 cc/min at 43.5 psi) set of 6 injectors provides massive fuel capacity for the Patrol's inline six. It supports forced induction E85 setups well into the 800 to 1000+ wheel horsepower range, offering ample margin for aggressive turbo builds.

Is the 48mm short body length (PN: 1300.48.14.14.6) a direct drop-in replacement for the TB48DE factory fuel rail?

Yes, it is a direct fit. This ID1300-XDS set is configured to the specific short-body 48mm O-ring to O-ring length required for the TB48DE fuel rail. It installs directly without requiring spacers.

Does this USCAR ID1300-XDS set require PNP adapters to connect to the Nissan Patrol factory harness?

Yes, adapters are required. The ID1300-XDS uses the modern USCAR connector. The factory Patrol harness typically uses a Denso style connector. You will need six USCAR to Denso PNP adapters (ID P/N 90.3) for a clean, non-splicing electrical hookup.

Where can my tuner find the complete Injector Dynamics Dead Time data for the ID1300-XDS for tuning a Patrol TB48DE Haltech or MoTeC?

Injector Dynamics provides comprehensive and validated characterization data, including Dead Time (Latency) and Flow vs. Pressure tables (based on ID1300x2). This data is mandatory for the standalone ECU to achieve precise fuel control and cylinder-to-cylinder balance, which is crucial for high-output, large-displacement engines like the TB48.

Given the off-road use of the Patrol, how does the ID1300-XDS ensure reliability with varying fuel quality and conditions?

The all stainless steel internals provide maximum corrosion resistance against water and contaminants often encountered in the fuel of off-road vehicles. Furthermore, the robust construction and replaceable inlet filter enhance the injector's resilience and longevity in harsh operating environments.
