ID1300-XDS, for STi 04-06 / Turbo. Top-feed Conversion Kit. Dual Billet Fuel Rails. Set of 4 injectors. Two 2×8 lower o-rings.
The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.
While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup. The 1300 has continued to be refined and improved over the years, and the 1300-XDS is the latest and best version to date.
Base Specifications
The ID1300-XDS (1335 cc/min at 43.5 psi) is sized for aggressive Subaru applications. This set of 4 supports forced induction E85 setups well into the 600 to 750+ wheel horsepower range, offering ample flow margin for large turbo upgrades on the EJ257 engine.
Yes, it is a direct fit. This ID1300-XDS set is configured to the specific short-body 48mm O-ring to O-ring length required for the EJ257 manifold. It is designed to seat correctly, requiring no spacers or modifications to the rail height.
Yes, adapters are required. The ID1300-XDS uses the modern USCAR connector. The factory 04-06 STi harness uses a Denso style connector. You will need four USCAR to Denso PNP adapters (ID P/N 90.3) for a clean, non-splicing electrical hookup.
Injector Dynamics provides validated characterization data, including Dead Time (Latency) and Flow vs. Pressure tables (based on ID1300x2). This data is mandatory for the ECU to precisely control the injector during the fuel-heavy cold start enrichment phase, which is a common tuning challenge on the EJ257.
No, TGV deletes typically remove the lower portion of the factory intake manifold but use the same injector boss location. This injector set is compatible with TGV-deleted manifolds. However, the tune must be modified to disable the TGV functionality and account for the increased airflow.
The injector's superior Dual Slope Matching ensures the tightest possible cylinder-to-cylinder flow balance, especially at low pulse widths. This prevents a single cylinder from running lean or rich at idle, which is critical for the durability and longevity of the high-stress EJ257 engine.
