The Injector Dynamics ID1750-XDS has a nominal flow rating of approximately 1728 cc/min at 3.0 Bar. This massive flow capacity is utilized for highly boosted (turbocharged/supercharged) 6.0L LS2 engines that are tuned for high horsepower on E85.
These are high-impedance injectors (12 ohms), making them fully compatible with the factory LS2 Engine Control Unit (ECU) and most aftermarket standalone systems without requiring external resistor packs.
This particular part number (1750.48.14.15.8) is supplied with the correct mid-length body and o-ring bosses designed to properly seat and seal within the fuel rail and intake manifold of the 6.0L LS2 engine.
Dynamic matching ensures every injector has near-identical performance at the small pulse widths used during idle. This precise consistency leads to an ultra-smooth, stable idle despite the injector's enormous maximum flow potential.
Yes, the ID1750-XDS is compatible with all known fuels, including high-octane gasoline. However, given their size, they are typically overkill for gasoline-only tunes unless you are targeting extremely high horsepower figures.
