ID1750-XDS, for Dodge SRT-8 / 6.4L engines. 14mm (black) bottom adaptor. Set of 8.
The Best Just Got Better!
The ID1750 is the successor to the ID1700, featuring numerous improvements.
Compared to the 1700, the 1750 offers:
All while retaining the same “Compatible with everything but dirt” corrosion resistance that made the ID1700 famous.
Nominal Flow Rate – 1728cc/min @ 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi), Using E10 Emissions Certification Fuel at 49 Degrees C (120F)
Maximum Differential Fuel Pressure – 7.0 Bar (101.5 psi)
Fuel Compatibility – Compatible with Methanol/Ethanol/MTBE/Nitromethane/All Known Hydrocarbon Fuels.
Electrical Connector – USCAR
The ID1750-XDS comes with highly detailed characterization data that directly addresses the factory PCM's difficulty in controlling large injectors. This data resolves issues like unstable idle, poor cold starting, and inconsistent air-fuel ratios during low-speed driving.
The injector's advanced design allows for highly accurate control even at a very short minimum pulse width. This precision prevents the engine from running excessively rich at idle, maintaining a smooth, consistent RPM essential for a modified Hemi.
Since the ID1750-XDS is a high-impedance unit, it draws the same current as the stock injector. This means the factory injector drivers in the Magnum SRT-8's PCM can control them directly without risking burnout or requiring external driver boxes.
Generally, yes, the 1728 cc/min rating is sufficient for E85 on many high-power Hemi setups. However, a high-volume fuel pump is always required because E85 demands about 30% more total fuel than pump gas at the same pressure.
Yes, Injector Dynamics optimizes the spray pattern to ensure excellent fuel atomization and coverage across the large intake ports of the Hemi engine. This improves combustion efficiency and prevents wall-wetting, which can hurt drivability.
