The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.
While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup. The 1300 has continued to be refined and improved over the years, and the 1300-XDS is the latest and best version to date.
Base Specifications
This ID1300-XDS (1335 cc/min at 43.5 psi) $6-injector set is an enormous upgrade for the Honda J-SeriesV6. On forced induction J-Series engines converting to E85, this set can support engine power levels of 750 to 850+ wheel horsepower (whp), making them ideal for high-boost applications with built internals.
This specific ID1300-XDS set is configured with a specialized 11mm top adapter and S2000 style lower seal F20 denotes the S2000 base injector) to achieve the correct $48mm O-ring to O-ring length} and 11mm top bore for the 2003-2007 Accord V6 fuel rail. This ensures a direct mechanical fit into the factory manifold bosses.
Injector Dynamics provides comprehensive characterization data, including Dead Time and Short Pulse Adder tables (based on ID1300x), directly on their website. Supplying your tuner with this data is crucial for using tuning platforms like Hondata or KTuner to ensure the J-Series V6 runs smoothly at idle and cruise with such high-flow injectors.
Adapters are required and generally sold with the -PU (Potted Adapter) version, but the 1300.48.11.F20.6 set utilizes the USCAR connector. The Honda J-Series harness uses a Denso connector. You will need six USCAR to Denso PNP adapters (ID P/N 90.3) to ensure a clean, reliable, and solder-free electrical connection.
The ID1300-XDS is rated for a maximum differential fuel pressure of 7.0 Bar (101.5 psi). This capability is often utilized in boosted J-Series builds to maximize the injectors' flow potential without sacrificing spray atomization or dynamic response.
