ID1300-XDS, for GS300 / 2JZ-GE (non turbo) applications. 11mm (blue) adapter tops. Denso lower cushions. Set of 6.
***Not compatible with models equipped with the air-assist intake manifold.***
The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.
While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup. The 1300 has continued to be refined and improved over the years, and the 1300-XDS is the latest and best version to date.
Base Specifications
The ID1300-XDS (1335 cc/min at 43.5 psi) set of 6 injectors is essential for single-turbo 2JZ-GE builds. It supports E85 setups well into the 700 to 800 wheel horsepower range, offering the necessary fuel margin for aggressive turbo builds on the naturally aspirated 2JZ engine platform.
This ID1300-XDS set is configured to the universal 60mm O-ring to O-ring length and includes an 11mm blue adapter top for the fuel rail, along with a Denso-style lower seal (denoted by the 'D' in the part number). This provides the correct mechanical fitment for the factory 2JZ-GE fuel rail.
Yes, adapters are required. The ID1300-XDS uses the modern USCAR connector. The factory GS300 harness typically uses a Denso style connector. You will need six USCAR to Denso PNP adapters (ID P/N 90.3) for a clean, non-splicing electrical hookup.
Injector Dynamics provides comprehensive and validated characterization data, including Dead Time (Latency) and Flow vs. Pressure tables (based on ID1300x2) for standalone systems. This data is mandatory for the 2JZ-GE to achieve precise fuel control and cylinder-to-cylinder balance, which is challenging on high-output engines.
On the 2JZ-GE, an idle that increases as the engine warms up is often a sign of a stuck or faulty Idle Speed Control Valve (ISCV) or a mechanical issue with the throttle stop screw (which is frequently adjusted incorrectly). Always check the mechanical settings and look for vacuum leaks before adjusting the injector calibration.
The all stainless steel internals provide maximum corrosion resistance and durability. This is critical for preventing internal wear and injector failure, especially in high-end applications where aggressive fuels like E85 are used.
