ID1300-XDS, for 91-96 NSX / C Series, 11mm (blue) adapters. 14mm bottom o-ring, machine o-ring retainer to 11mm. Set of 6.
The ID1300 is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This collaboration has given us the ability to design a high flow injector with characteristics specific to the needs of the motorsport tuner. The ID1300 was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and is the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market.
While the ID1300 was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, we have accounted for the occasional need to convert back to gasoline. The ID1300 has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. In addition to its multi-fuel capabilities, the compact body of the ID1300 allows fitment in 200+ applications, making it the most versatile injector in our lineup. The 1300 has continued to be refined and improved over the years, and the 1300-XDS is the latest and best version to date.
Base Specifications
The ID1300-XDS (1335 cc/min at 43.5 psi) set of 6 injectors provides substantial flow for the NSX V6. It supports forced induction E85 setups well into the 700 to 850+ wheel horsepower range, offering maximum fuel margin for high-boost, built C-Series race applications.
This ID1300-XDS set is configured to the standard 60mm O-ring to O-ring length required for the NSX. The 14-O.6 designation indicates a specific bottom O-ring retainer size/style optimized for the NSX's unique manifold boss (which is different from typical Honda B-series), ensuring proper seating and sealing.
Yes, adapters are required. The ID1300-XDS uses the modern USCAR connector. The factory 91-96 NSX harness uses the older rectangular EV1 (Minitimer) connector. You will need six USCAR to EV1 PNP adapters (ID P/N 90.1) for a clean, non-splicing electrical hookup.
Injector Dynamics provides comprehensive and validated characterization data, including Dead Time (Latency) and Flow vs. Pressure tables (based on ID1300x2). This data is mandatory for the standalone ECU to achieve precise fuel control and eliminate the mid-engine heat-related idle issues.
The NSX engine bay experiences high heat, which can exacerbate fuel system wear and corrosion. The all stainless steel internals of the ID1300-XDS are specifically designed to resist the corrosion caused by E85 and to maintain injector precision despite the high temperatures and pressures of the mid-engine mounting.
